Studies have shown that emerging BIPOC leaders have greater difficulty accessing or reaching out to potential mentors to develop relationships with them.

That’s where PAX comes in. By providing emerging creatives, church leaders, and community builders with the mentorship and vocational development they need to thrive, all of us succeed. 

But we cannot – and will not – do this work alone. Just as we recognize our own limitations as an organization, we seek to empower other organizations to stand in the gap in those areas where they shine and succeed.
